These Terms govern the use of webcraftdevx.pro and the design and development services provided by WebCraft.
The Agency provides web design, development, e-commerce and related services. Scope, deliverables and price are agreed per project.
Work begins after a written proposal is accepted and any agreed deposit is paid.
Prices on the website are indicative. Final pricing is defined in the project agreement.
Upon full payment, the client receives agreed rights to the delivered work. The Agency may showcase the work in its portfolio.
We provide a reasonable bug-fix period after launch; ongoing support is covered by maintenance plans.
The Agency's liability is limited to the value of the services provided, to the extent permitted by law.
The laws of the State of Israel apply; disputes are heard by the competent courts.
